These traditional Indian summer blankets or wraps for babies are comprised of three sheets of mulmul, an airy, ultra-breathable cotton muslin once exclusive to royalty. Layers are stitched together, not quilted.  Natural cotton will help keep baby cooler in summer and warmer in winter, and the subtle tones and prints blend effortlessly into any nursery decor. 

It's easy to fall in love with the softness — both in look and feel — of a dohar and baby dohars make the ultimate summer weight blanket, swaddle, nursing and stroller cover, or tummy time sheet. 
Using centuries-old block printing methods, a pattern is chiseled and carved into a block of wood and pressed into fabric. Because each color is applied using a different block, the cloth is stamped in a slow and rhythmic process anywhere from 500 to 3,000 times, if not more.

We ship Australia wide and use Australia Post Parcel, unless Express Post shipping has been selected. Please allow 2–3 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas for orders placed within business hours. For regional locations, WA and sale orders, please allow up to 3–10 working days.

If you have selected Express Post shipping, assuming your address lies within the Express Post network and you have purchased within business hours (see below), Express Post orders will arrive in 1–2 business days.
