As decadent as the season suggests, December unfurls in a symbiosis of burnished pine needle and balsamic fir, with spiced clove and rosemary lending a distinct festive twist to aged leather and masculine musk that lies beneath. It’s an evening spent under the cloak of dense trees as the sun begins to set, drink in hand. An evening enveloped in the fresh, earthen embrace of Christmas pine, reveling in the company of those closest while wisps of smoke from a log fire stretch skyward to meet the last of dusk’s light.
St Nick's Chimney: Akin to those magical last moments of Christmas Eve. You make your way ever so quietly back downstairs. Comforting notes of soot and smouldering woods rise up to greet you from the glowing embers of the fireplace. Vianney's obsession with the graffiti-streaked streets and industrial back alleyways of Newtown underscores the creative ethos hand-poured into each and every candle. "I find these streets contagious. They have this crazy energy, full of life and lust. Yet everything still feels so simple here, and everyone feels so connected." This interconnectedness to community is at the heart of Hunter Candles.
When developing a new scent, Vianney combines nostalgic earthen tones and raw textures with inspiration drawn from the mentors, makers and memories that colour her world. Delivery
We ship Australia wide and use Australia Post Parcel, unless Express Post shipping has been selected. Please allow 2–3 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas for orders placed within business hours. For regional locations, WA and sale orders, please allow up to 3–10 working days.
If you have selected Express Post shipping, assuming your address lies within the Express Post network and you have purchased within business hours (see below), Express Post orders will arrive in 1–2 business days.
If you are interested in a piece of furniture please contact us for a quote for delivery on 0498 009 814 and allow up to three days for the quote. Or, you may choose to buy this piece and either collect it yourself or arrange your own delivery, in which case, jump right in and purchase it now.
We recommend shipping to your daytime address where applicable. Orders are dispatched on business days and during business hours, Monday– Friday, 10am–5pm AEST.

Any order purchased from Merchant Campbell can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. If you return an item within 14 days of receipt, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item or offer an exchange. Whichever you prefer.
