We hand-picked these good-quality freshwater pearls in person in Lombok, Indonesia, through trusted contacts we've built up over years of travelling and sourcing. Apply perfume, hairspray and lotions beforehand, and remove it before swimming, showering or exercising. Keep the silk dry, as water can weaken and stretch it. After wearing, wipe the necklace gently with a soft, dry cloth. Store it flat, rather than hanging, in a soft pouch or box, away from other jewellery.
